Ingredients
- 3 fresh Nila Eggs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add onion, chili, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the pan.
- Cook on medium flame until golden on one side.
