Ingredients
- 3 fresh Nila Eggs (boiled, chopped)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 whole wheat tortillas/rotis
- 2 tbsp hung curd or light mayo
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix boiled eggs with curd/mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas slightly.
- Layer with lettuce, cucumber, and carrot.
- Add the egg mixture.
- Roll tightly and cut in half.
