Healthy Egg Salad Wraps

For busy weekdays, here’s a recipe that’s light, quick, and guilt-free. These wraps are proof that healthy can be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh Nila Eggs (boiled, chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas/rotis
  • 2 tbsp hung curd or light mayo
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix boiled eggs with curd/mayo, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly.
  3. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, and carrot.
  4. Add the egg mixture.
  5. Roll tightly and cut in half.
